Filmed using a high-resolution DJI drone, this aerial sequence was captured under overcast conditions to enhance texture and mood. The clouds brought a rich contrast to the water, buildings, and rooftops — revealing the depth and tone of the coastline in a way full sun rarely can.

We flew several passes across the beach, then followed the beachfront strip, capturing the restaurants, surf club, amphitheatre, and surrounding lifestyle zones before panning inland toward the residential grid. It’s a balanced view of leisure, culture, and community — all in one clean overhead journey.
